Are Burners Good Beginner Clubs?

When looking for your first set of golf clubs (or replacements to the ones you bought at a garage sale to learn on) you can’t go past the Taylormade Burner range of clubs. This fancy term simply means that the clubs are designed so when you hit the different irons with the same swing, the difference between how far each club hits is the same. For example, if you can hit an 8 iron 100 yards and the 7 iron 110 yards, then expect to be hitting the 6 iron 120 yards and the 9 iron 90 yards. This feature makes it easier to be picking which club is best suited to each shot on the course. No more misjudging and coming up short, or going too long and overshooting the green.
