TaylorMade including Burner series. This series have "SuperFast Technology," because this kind of golf iron is intended to hit the ball far. And it is easy to control.
Positives
There are many styles of this TaylorMade Burner Iron, such as the TaylorMade Burner Plus Irons 3-9PS, it is geared towards the mid to high handicap player and for those with swing speeds between 70 and 90. These irons are able to get the ball on high trajectory and come with long shafts. Overall, these irons do not feel as solid as forged irons but they are successful at hitting long distances. But the TaylorMade Burner Iron is able to achieve distance.
Despite its extreme claims about forgiveness, these irons are still forgiving enough to let players hit decent distances even with mis-hits. This is an advantage for higher handicappers who cannot get consistent hits.
However, too much forgiveness and you will have trouble detecting where on the clubface you are hitting. The benefit of these golf irons are they offer consistent contact throughout the game.
Negatives
However, every thing has its own defect, no matter good or bad. So, some golf players also have some discontent of the TaylorMade Burner Irons.
For an iron that is fully equipped with advanced technology, the club head look is a bit contained. Although the cavity marks the Inverted Core Technology in red and the back of the clubface bears the Burner XD badge along with the Sound Managing Cavity badge, these aesthetic qualities do not appear at address.
In addition, the offset of the longest Burner Iron is more than some players can get used to and some of the Burner irons are harder to hit.
In a word, TaylorMade Burner Irons are very good irons, such as the TaylorMade Burner Plus Irons 4-9PAS. Although there are some negatives for this iron, they are easy to use. Just choose the right one for yourself.

TaylorMade Burner Irons - Why You Really should Set These Irons In Your Bag
I was shooting so significantly much better than I at any time had previous to so good that I beat my quite skilled good friend for the to begin with time that day! These clubs will seriously aid any intermediate or novice player who wants to boost their game. I wouldn't genuinely propose them for specialists or people who have been playing a whilst but they are nonetheless an superb preference which stunned me greatly.
When TaylorMade made a decision to establish the new Burner two. Irons they truly challenged the aged "if it isn't broken, don't fix it" rule. They succeeded in their quest by incorporating various necessary engineering and style and design enhancements with the new Burner 2. Irons.
Excess weight distribution was up to date. With the short irons excess weight was repositioned increased to boost ball flight and was centered more to boost clubhead management. With the very long irons, bodyweight was moved back again in the clubhead for much easier start, and toward the toe and heel for additional forgiving and stable ball striking.
TaylorMade also integrated differences in experience thickness. The long irons include the thinnest faces. Thicker faces were integrated progressively via the center and brief irons. Why? Due to the fact thinner experience thickness accentuates larger COR to encourage distance in the long irons and beefier deal with thickness encourages enhanced come to feel in the brief irons.
TaylorMade also improved their multi-useful sole style and design by recessing the heel and toe and beveling the rear to lessen drag and advertise extra solid ball communicate with and they revamped their patented Inverted Cone Engineering to provide a lot more predictable distance from club to club and shot to shot, and to allow more quickly ball speed on off-center hits.
To best all this off TaylorMade has showcased all these style and design modifications with a hot new glimpse. Their new "Burner Black" PVD end appears fantastic, is additional sturdy and can help resist glare.
All in all the new TaylorMade Burner two. Irons are just as extended as the 2009 Burner Irons but they deliver enhanced playability, a lot more refined really feel and sound, and a genuinely very hot new search.
I guess the only negative thing about the Burner 2. Irons, and the 2009 Burners for that make a difference, is they integrate a very "non-traditional" glimpse. So if you are a "purist" these irons may have a bit as well much of a "hello-tech" seem for you.
Time to transform to new irons
I made the decision the time had arrive to acquire some new irons. Cleveland clubs had been in my bag for about 6 years but, this time all-around, I resolved to take a contemporary appear and see what was new on the market place. Like a lot of veteran golfers, I started off my research with the 2010 Golf Digest "Warm List." I then did a whole lot of web homework and some in-retail outlet testing.
I've by no means owned TaylorMade golf clubs just before but the research I did pointed me to the 2009 TaylorMade Burner Irons. They reached a "Gold" rating in the 2010 Golf Digest "Warm Record." And my investigation indicated that the 2009 TaylorMade Burner Irons present lengthier and much more constant distance in every iron.
TaylorMade says they took an totally clean tactic when developing the 2009 Burner Irons.

TaylorMade Burner 2.0 Irons – A Review Of What’s New
When TaylorMade decided to develop the new Burner 2.0 Irons they really challenged the old “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it” rule. They succeeded in their quest by incorporating several important engineering and design improvements with the new Burner 2.0 Irons.
Weight distribution was updated. With the short irons weight was repositioned higher to improve ball flight and was centered more to improve clubhead control. With the long irons, weight was moved back in the clubhead for easier launch, and toward the toe and heel for more forgiving and stable ball striking.
TaylorMade also incorporated differences in face thickness. The long irons incorporate the thinnest faces. Thicker faces were incorporated progressively through the middle and short irons. Why? Because thinner face thickness accentuates higher COR to promote distance in the long irons and beefier face thickness promotes improved feel in the short irons.
TaylorMade also improved their multi-functional sole design by recessing the heel and toe and beveling the rear to reduce drag and promote more solid ball contact and they revamped their patented Inverted Cone Technology to deliver more predictable distance from club to club and shot to shot, and to enable faster ball speed on off-center hits.
To top all this off TaylorMade has showcased all these design changes with a hot new look. Their new “Burner Black” PVD finish looks great, is more durable and helps resist glare.
All in all the new TaylorMade Burner 2.0 Irons are just as long as the 2009 Burner Irons but they deliver improved playability, more refined feel and sound, and a really hot new look.
I guess the only bad thing about the Burner 2.0 Irons, and the 2009 Burners for that matter, is they incorporate a very “non-traditional” look. So if you are a “purist” these irons may have a bit too much of a “hi-tech” look for you.

TaylorMade Burner SuperFast Driver Left Hand Review
With a 460cc clubhead, TaylorMade Burner SuperFast Driver Left Hand head design is smoother and matches to aerodynamics better than the previous Burner drivers. Burner Superfast is able to effectively improve the performance of golfers. This entirely new head design provides extremely high MOI for super high forgiveness. Besides, the face area of Burner Superfast reaches 4,500mm2, 14% larger than the Burner 09, and is the largest face area in TaylorMade drivers. With a longer shaft, Burner Superfast Driver must have a larger face because long shaft makes it harder for golfers to keep face vertical all the time at the moment of hits. But this problem can be solved by enlarging the head effective hitting area. Burner Superfast face used new technology to largely enhance the MOI for maximum of forgiveness so that golfers can achieve satisfying hitting effect even on off-center hits. Another technology incorporated in Burner Superfast is Dual Crown Technology of TaylorMade. This technology lowered and kept back the center of gravity, helping golfers achieve higher launch angle and backspin. The Dual Crown Technology has been used in Tour Burner and Burner 09 driver both of which achieved great effect.
A key technology Burner Superfast Driver used is the 50g Mitsbishi Fubuki shaft. Not only the shaft is light, but also its front is very solid, helping golfers get faster ball speed, higher launch angle and backspin for longer distance. The length of Burner Superfast is 46.25 inches, which helps golfers achieve wider swing area and faster swing speed. For the part of grip, Burner Superfast uses C500 Lite grip. This grip weighs only 35.5g, but still owns great hand feel and performance. If there is no such light grip, the lightest Burner Superfast Driver with a weight of only 285g in TaylorMade history can not be created. Burner Superfast gathered all the newest fast-speed technologies of TaylorMade for faster speed and further distance.

TaylorMade 2009 Burner Irons 4-9PAS Review
For this 09 Burner Irons, TaylorMade adopted entirely new design on the long irons, medium irons and short irons respectively. TaylorMade irons creating team began with 09 Burner Irons #4, and took the following methods to create further distance and higher forgiveness. The club face was made as thin as possible to be elastic enough for higher speed and COR. TaylorMade 2009 Burner Irons used tailor-made 450 stainless steel alloy with higher intensity, allowing the thickness of almost all club face to reach to 1.9mm. 09 Burner imbedded the Inverted Cone Technology (ICT) on face back, which allows faster speed even on miss-hits. The 09 Burner head was enlarged to realize higher MOI than the previous TaylorMade irons, and the sole was also widened to lower the center of gravity and make CG far from the club face. This is rare in making long irons. 09 Burner Irons increased the face offset to make it easy for the face back to original state at impact. The top line was thickened so that golfers can feel larger clubhead when aiming to enhance confidence. Finally, 2009 Burner Irons have longer lightweight shaft and grip.
The medium irons aim to create longer distance and higher accuracy. They have thinner face for high COR although their face is thicker than long irons. The short irons aim to create higher accuracy and faster response speed. They are also supposed to ensure enough ball distance. The head of 09 Burner short irons is more compact. Their face is also thin but thicker than medium irons face. The new 09 Burner short irons realize more accurate response, feel, control and playability. Each club in 09 Burner Irons adopted multi-functional sole design to reduce the turf resistance when swinging, allowing more smooth and power. All of the clubs used ICT on cavity back to increase the face area providing faster speed. With the multi-layer construction made of carbon composite material, aluminum and ABS polymer, the cavity back can help reduce vibration and noise. Each club in this iron set has more consistent performance.
